Quality pillow protectors
The Pinzon pillow protectors are comparable to the pillow protectors that I purchased from Marriott. The only difference is that the Pinzon were a much better value. I don't have allergies, so I can't speak to that. We've washed these a number of times and they've held up well.

Very good product
Allergist highly recommended purchasing these allergen mattress and box spring encasements as I'm allergic to dust and many other things. Great quality for the money. Very pleased.

My Mom just doesn't understand all the bedding fuss :)
I'm 63 and I've never used pillow protectors before. I certainly see the logic behind them, but to dress a bed with all the things that experts say you need, can add up to some money. I just received a new mattress in May, got the bamboo waterproof mattress pad that has a 20-yr warranty, two standard (plain Jane) pillows, standard pillow protectors, a body pillow and that protector and a body pillow cover in black.A set of sheets, a 119.00$ Bed-in-a-Bag with comforter and skirt and a bunch of decorator pillows. I will have to buy a mattress topper/feather bed for additional luxury. I hope that will conclude the bed costs for a while or until I change the bed theme to fall/winter.

Adequate and good price but care needed when washing: Keep the zipper zipped!
These cases are all cotton and press well. They fit the pillows snugly and are smooth. I washed them after I bought them as I do all sheeting products and had no problem. However, I forgot to zip the zipper on one the second time I washed them a few months later. They washed and pressed like new again, but the unzipped pillow cover zipper broke. It is nylon and small--great for sleeping but not "fixin"! I tried to get the zipper fixed at the cleaners but they wanted $11. So, I ended up buying another set. I paid $17 for 2 which saved me a few dollars. I will save the broken one to sew up when I have time in the future! But learned a lesson on those nylon zippers.

Made in USA pillow protectors! They do the job and are 100% cotton. The zippers can be frustrating, but I have had none break on me thus far.

Good pillow protection
I am happy with these pillow covers - they are very soft, the zippers seem really heavy duty without being heavy or poking out, and there's no plastic to crinkle or make noise. The packaging says nothing about allergy protection or waterproof-ness, so I am guessing there's not much of that to these, but I think they will be protective enough. They are made of nice fabric.

Fits well, breaths, doesn't make distracting crinkling noises, but still does a great job protecting your pillow.Why do you need a pillow protector? Just like it's said mattresses gain a pound a year from dead dust mites, skin cells, and other allergen build-up, pillows also gain objectionable allergenic mass. Do you want to spend 1/3 of your life with your face pressed up against something full of dust mite carcasses?For little money, this is a great investment in not getting itchy eyes, runny nose, or other allergy-related bad sleep. Can't recommend enough.

Just what the allergy doctor ordered!
These are lovely pillow covers. The weave is very tight which makes the texture almost silky and makes the pillow ultimately moldable, foldable and comfortable!
