I installed new JBL speakers in my Jeep and used these adapters. They were a perfect fit. No problems. Easy to use. Speakers looked great after installation too.

I used these brackets to mount my aftermarket skar audio speakers. And i love them! They have have notches in some of the pieces so you can break off whatever you don't need! Very easy to install, just takes some time.

This product comes with tabs, that look to be taken off if needed. This is to ensure compatibility with tons of speaker/vehicle combos.However the tabs are a bit hard to deal with removing, and be sure to check your speakers mounting holes. I ended up having to modify the bracket by countersinking the mounting holes forMy particular speakers, JL-CR2650x- so that there wouldn’t be a gap of air in-between the mount and the overhead speaker bar due to protruding screw heads.Regardless, it works and I’m happy about that. But not as straight forward as you may think.

These are perfect. They worked like a champ. I had no trouble installing my 6 1/2 inch JVCs in the rear door panels of my 2004 Jeep grand Cherokee with these adapters. These are ideal in a situation where the original is 6 3/4, but the replacement is 6 1/2. I purchased a 6 1/2 after I did a quick Internet search told me that that was what was standard for my make and model. Unfortunately, the speakers arrived and didn't fit. These adapters save the day. I would absolutely repurchase them.

I used these for installing speakers in the soundbar of my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. Long story short, they work, but the quality is really disappointing. First the plastic is not strong at all. I was trying to cut off the tabs that needed to be removed. In the process of doing the very first tab the ring snapped in half as I tried to cut the tab along the score line with some nippers. I tried to use super glue and accelerator to fix the break, but the plastic did not fuse together. Fortunately I was able to make it work by attaching the speaker at multiple points around the bracket. The reall issue is that there are multiple tabs that need to be removed, so it was a pretty tedious process. Not only that, the edges looked like crap, which was a drag because they aren’t hidden well at all by the speaker’s trim ring. The alignment for the adapter bracket was great for the speaker, but didn’t line up well with the mounting points on my Jeep. I was able to make these work, but couldn’t use the factory speaker grills so the tabs are visible. At the end of the day, they worked to hold the speakers in place and I can deal with the minor cosmetic issues, but I feel that the quality of the product is pretty lacking.

I purchased these for my 99 Dakota, Im installing Sundown Audio 6.5 speakers. The interior of ring is not large enough diameter to fit. I snapped off all extra pieces and still had to enlarge with rotary tool. Broke first bracket trying to get it to seat properly. Then the three mounting tabs are too long to fit into stock bracket. I have it just sitting over bracket, screws seems like they hold it in place but not sure. I feel these were a waste of money for me, I would avoid this brand and look for one that’s not try to make one bracket fit 10 million different vehicles.

These didn't work out for the dumb boxes wrangler uses in the dash. But they did work for the sound bar speakers. Made installing them much easier. Great fit, great look. Some of the break away tabs are actually hard to break away. Had to use vise grips. Very sturdy

Amazon said that it wouldn’t work for the 1999-2004 Grand cherokee WJ but it infact does for anybody wondering.

A great adapter ring. In hindsight if I had the shop tools I could have made this myself but for the almost plug and play convenience this is a winnner.

Used these in my 06 Grand Cherokee and it allowed me to bolt a different sized speaker perfectly to the stock locations
