I have only used this once, but it worked wonderfully. I sprayed some canola oil (spray bottle, not pre-canned) and wiped it around then gave it another spray. One jumbo egg & some fillers (meat, onion, & mushroom) in each compartment; covered with a silicone lid. Cooked up nicely & slid out with just a nudge. A few crispy egg bits were left, but those easily washed out with soap & a silicone brush. Each egg was about the size of a Great Value hamburger bun (so a little smaller than some of the more expensive brands). A great utensil, just be sure to use some oil & don't let it get too hot.

However, I do want to caution potential buyers to read the description carefully, as the skillet is smaller than I initially thought.Despite its compact size, this skillet works beautifully! This product is amazing! It has a nice design and you can cook many at once without them breaking. Great quality for the price. I don't need to use oil or butter. It's very easy to wash and use! One of the best purchases I've ever made.

As other reviews say, if you like your fried eggs over, this is not the pan for you. It's impossible to flip the eggs.If you like cute perfectly round sunny side up eggs with crispy brown edges, this is your pan. I added a little oil to the wells and cooked the eggs on medium heat covered with a glass saucepan lid. They turned out perfect and were easy to get out of the pan, see the photo.I have a small space so this small pan suits me well. I wish it came in a two-egg size.

I like that I can make 4 eggs with it on big burner., or possibly more of other foods. I would spray lightly. I think it cooked well, but needed a small spatula to get the eggs removed from the pan. It different and unique but it's easy to use once you get used to using it. No lid! It's worth it to me. The value of this nonstick pan by the way was exactly what I wanted to try. You get the value for your money.

The media could not be loaded. When Amazon sent me a suggestion to purchase this pan I was intrigued. The shape and style of the pan is really contemporary and appears to be ideal for a number of uses. When it arrived right away I noticed the pan was much smaller than it appears in photos. So I was a little disappointed. The next morning I mixed up some scrambled egg product and put it to the test. I sprayed each cup generously with cooking spray. I slightly preheated the pan. I poured egg mixture into each cup being careful not to go too high up the cup. I watched as the eggs cooked when it was 1/2 way cooked I decided to add a lid I had here at my house to create an oven type effect which I believe was crucial to the cooking. When the eggs looked 3/4 cooked, I used my MINI spatula ( this is a MUST) to individually flip the eggs. I was very careful and as you see there’s egg on my stove. Flipping is extremely difficult. One thing I can say is it’s definitely non- stick! Do I hate this pain? No. The finished product was light and fluffy and delicious. This pan will help prep breakfast sandwiches for 3 days besides providing my breakfast this morning.

I absolutely love this pan! Makes frying eggs in the morning so much faster and cooks them perfectly. The eggs don’t stick and it’s so easy to clean. It’s small and lightweight so it doesn’t take up much space.
