My grandson is thin and will be 4 yrs old in July - what is best size to get

My son is around 45lbs. (Normally wears 5t clothes). We tried size 6 and they were too big. The toddler sizes seem to run small though. I would suggest the 4 or 4-5.

Does it come on size 12?

I know that they are size 8 and 10, but not for 12. As well I am not sure if they have size 12.
