I bought a Hitachi back massager in 2019 and was so disappointed when the chord started to fray after a few years. The chord started getting really fussy and would turn off my back massager while I was using it, which is REALLY frustrating, especially when it would happen as I was reaching the climax of massaging my back. I was a little worried about getting an off brand replacement, but I've been using it for months, and my back massager is back to providing the same quality back massaging pleasure I've come to expect with no unfortunate interruptions.

Happy they have replacement parts
My original cord stopped working after a few years and I replaced it with this one. It’s been a couple of years now and it’s still going strong. Definitely happy with the replacement purchase.

Doesn’t last
Update: Used 3 times within works, cord can’t hold power anymore. I’m so done with whatever junk they put in the plug to get them past the 30 day return window. Dies within months. Cord comes apart near the end. I’ve bought twice, same thing.
