Nice styling, adds some color to your kitchen. Not so big they take over, easy to fill, reasonable cost.
We bought two pair as gifts for relatives who have NO pepper grinders! (A high culinary crime). These unit have ceramic grinding gears which is becoming common these days.THIS MAY OR MAY NOT MATTER TO YOU; The units are identical as far as I can tell. This means: There is no such thing as the shaker designated or marked "Salt" -- or the shaker designated / marked "Pepper". They are what you put in them. The ceramic gear was disassembled on one unit, but - no big - I put it all back together in under a minute.THE GOOD:* The ceramic gears do not corrode with salt - something the lesser quality, non-stainless steel grinders will do.* They are easy to fill.* Since the salt or pepper comes out the top, you are not depositing a little mess of salt/pepper everytime you put it back down on the table.* The colored anodized tops look cool in a modern classy way.* The adjustment looks fairly simple to figure out. You tighten the retainer until it grinds at the right consistency - there are 5 or 6 marker dots to refer to.THE BAD - maybe: If you loosen the retainer part of the grinder too much, the retainer and a little white washer will come off. Really this should not be a big deal but you need to have an awareness of that. The washer part doesn't look like much but I believe it's important to the function of the grinder.Confession: I myself have yet to actually put salt and pepper IN these units and grind them. We don't want to give our in-laws USED kitchen equipment. I will have more of a report on the quality of the grind output after Christmas. What I know from reading a lot of reviews: To get a top level brand of salt and pepper grinder - you are looking at...starting at $70.00 a pair on sale. After much looking on Amazon, I settled on these with managed expectations. If they adjust reasonably well and last 4 - 5 years, I'll be happy.UNKNOWN: The quality of the ceramic grinders can vary widely. Again I will get back with more info after I cook with the relatives after Christmas. That's why only 4 stars - for now. Myself I like medium to coarse grind pepper that has an "edge" to it - not enough to make you choke but on fried potatoes / home fries, there's nothing like a good shot of fresh ground pepper.UPDATE 2/08/2017: My two relatives who received these Salt/Pepper sets love them. Very pleased with performance and look."FUEL": We bought the World Market 4-color pepper corns (black, white, green and pink) because it was local. There are even more exotic peppercorn mixes (on Amazon) that will even add in Allspice corns, etc. - the sky and your wallet are the limit. I would say if you are going this far, don't buy stale, plain, garden variety black pepper corns. Did you know one of the secret spices of a certain famous southern chicken chain recipe is white pepper. It's all about contrast and the way it hits your taste buds.WHAT'S A STEP OR TWO UP FROM THIS? If someone has been * REALLY * good and Santa wants to buy something in a different league, then look at this: Cole & Mason "Derwent" model Salt and Pepper grinder https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0099V31D4/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=ALWE9DUPA0FK&coliid=I1Z6U5YM6D7P4B&psc=1 Personally I love the copper colored set version which goes for 86 bucks. Maybe next year. : )SUMMARY: I have high hopes for this set. It also comes in a mint green color. I think it's priced fairly for what you are getting and while they are substantial, they are NOT these behemoth, klunky towers. They'll be noticed on your table but not "rule" it. I will circle back with a revised review in a month or so.UPDATE 3-18-2017: I finally got to test these at a family bash at my relatives house. The salt grinder works very well with "Celtic Sea-Salt" fancy shmancy stuff we bought them for Christmas. (That's all I tested was the salt shaker, I was making guacamole.) They fit well in my hands and it's not a major effort to take the lid off and grind salt). They look good too!

Just what I needed
I received my salt and pepper grinders in the mail and I couldn't be more happier. I recently started on a more healthier lifestyle and was looking for kitchen items that will help along the way. One item I was in search for was salt and pepper grinders so that I can start grinding the seasoning fresh. The grinders are the perfect size which is absolutely great because others I have seen previously were quite small which would require to constantly fill them. The glass bottom is very durable and the top stainless steel is high quality and decorative. I love that I can set it to be a coarser or finer grind by adjusting a knob. I love the look and the function of these grinders. The grinder is on the top so I don't have to constantly clean up salt and pepper off the table, plus it has a top cover to keep on the freshness and to prevent leaking spices.

These grinders are practically perfect in every way
I purchased these lovely little salt and pepper grinders to replace some larger grinders I had. The larger ones ground well but were too large for my small hands. These grinders are practically perfect in every way. I love the beautiful green color and the small size. The ceramic grinding mechanism is working flawlessly. One thing I would mention: I always wash things like this before use. The grinding mechanism in the lid has crevasses where water can hide. So after rinsing shake the lid vigorously to dislodge the water droplets, otherwise those hidden drops of water will later attach to your salt and pepper and clog things. It's not serious, but just be aware and take preemptive measures. I'd buy these again, and probably will as gifts for others.

Love these grinders
Love these grinders! I was looking for a long time for unique grinders that can fit to our newly designed kitchen. I debated between the blue and green, and finally chose the green ones, and am very happy i did. The color in the pictures doesn't make justice to the real product. It is metallic green, subtle but yet eye-catching, can fit any contemporary, or modern kitchen. The product itself is of great quality, very sleek in its design, and it's size is just perfect; in fact it is relatively much bigger than i anticipated, but yet not too big so we can store it in the cabinets if needed. I was also surprised by the speed of shipping, it arrived barely 2 days after ordering. Can't wait to use it! Highly recommend

Quite a large set
These are much larger than I thought ! I was so intent on getting a green salt and pepper set that I didn’t pay much attention to anything else about them (my mistake). I initially was going to return them but upon filling them and using them a few times I decided to just keep them. The green color is very nice in my kitchen. Wish I had not gotten a salt grinder and just stayed with a salt shaker instead.

The high quality (yet inexpensive) set is easy to fill and adjusting the grind is a snap
The SoulFino salt and pepper set is both attractive and works superbly. The high quality (yet inexpensive) set is easy to fill and adjusting the grind is a snap. For as long as I can remember, we used a very nice wooden salt and pepper grinder set, but after the SoulFino set arrived it was clear which was better. So, we had a a brief, but poignant, retirement ceremony for the wooden set and now use the SoulFino set exclusively. It's definitely worth the money!

Cute but not practical
Though adorable to look at and easy to fill, these are not very well made. Using these about 3 times per week, the salt dispenser has already popped apart. I was able to put it back together so that was good. The salt and pepper stick inside the cheap plastic grinder and either comes out in a giant clump or doesn't come out at all. Good for decoration, not really for frequent use.
