Does this come with the part that adjusts angle and attaches to stand?

It’s a great tool - I am very satisfied and glad I pulled the trigger - once you clip in in it is adjustable by its own control - note it does not come with a stand and a normal light stand would work but it too tall to sit your subject they would have to stand up - you should seek out a short stand I was lucky and had one that went with a posing table - I would consult with a camera store like b&h in New York and tell them you need a sturdy but short stand used for a low laying portrait reflector - i am cutting a couple inches off the legs on mine cause even though it’s short it’s still too tall! It restricts positions you can more it
