this set of wheels are exactly what i needed to restore the roll in my rolling chair. the hard part was taking the old wheels off first. they raised my chair up a couple inches which helps out too. i would definitely recommend them.

I immediately bought these when I saw them listed as other shoppers' frequently added items. The color fits the gaming chair I bought and they work flawlessly. They roll smoothly and quietly. A simple push with my foot sends the chair coasting about 2 yards on my hardwood floor (bamboo if that somehow matters). I can change directions easily and when it comes in contact with a wire or cable, it will either roll over it or stop in its tracks. The cable will not get stuck in the wheel assembly. Do not underestimate this feeling.It works much better than the cheap plastic wheels you typically see on rolling chairs, which are noisy, scratch up the floor because they don't always roll, hard to change directions, and will totally get wires stuck between the wheels if you happen to roll over one.If you have the default plastic office chair wheels, this purchase is well worth it and will have a noticeable improvement on your quality of life. Or at least it will if you're like me and you sit in a chair in front your computer for 2-12 hours a day.

These things are great! It was harder to get my old wheels off then these things on. No one tells you that part , you really got to put some oomph in to it to get your old wheels off. But once you do , these things glide on ice. On my hard wood floor they do anyway. They're so easy to put on , roll so smooth but sit a little higher than my old wheels , required minor adjustment to the chair. The base of my chair is chrome and the chrome on the wheels matches perfectly and really does look slick it's an awesome upgrade , subtle but very cool. CON: might roll too fast , I really have to put my foot down to stop now and sit down too fast and you'll glide clear across the room. If you're like me it might be worth getting the set with the breaks on them , they cost a bit more but I can see how they would be useful. But all in all definitely a good buy.

I absolutely love these wheels it’s I’ve bought them twice they’re on all my office chairs. I just bought a stool to scoot around the house because I have a foot injury and I put these on the stool and it makes it super quiet doesn’t damage the wood floors I can’t recommend them enough if you want something that’s clear and doesn’t have black on it. These are the ones to buy.!

I ordered an inexpensive desk chair that I had a feeling might need to be adjusted to about 1/2" to 1" taller.In thinking about replacing the wheels with larger ones .. I found these... perfect solution! Added bonus they are so smooth rolling... the fit perfectly (as they are considered universal). Even taking them out of the box I was excited because having grown up roller skating .... I know good wheels when I see them. These are the cat's meow ! Ordered and they came next day too.

I just got a SUPER heavy office chair for my desk which is located on carpet. I wanted to to roll rather than having to pick it up to move it every time. I bought these, swapped them for the pegs my chair had, and they're working well. Took me maybe... 30 seconds to install all 5 wheels, and another 10 years to lift my chair back right-side up. It now moves pretty easy, although I do have to push a little harder than my last chair to get around. I think that's due to the chairs weight though. I took a star off the review for the size of the wheels. I wish they were slightly smaller, as the size of them and roller blade style looks a little funky on the bottom of my nice fabric chair, BUT who's going to judge my chair wheels? No one. So I'll allow it.Overall, love them! They seem to work well on carpet with a lot of weight on top of them. They were easy to install and the silver metal/clear wheel combo looks good with my silver legs/grey fabric chair.

I didn't even realize something like this existed. I just put new carpet down and was (unfortunately) looking for a mat to have my computer chair on. Thank God for recommended purchases related to my search. A few different brands of these rollerblade-type wheels came up, and after looking into quite a few of them, I decided to purchase these. I went with this brand because of the silver finish, which I though would match better with my chair than the black ones from other brands.As soon as I put them on my seat, I immediately noticed the ease they had rolling over my carpet. I will still be mindful of moving around too much while sitting on the chair, because there is always a chance of bubbling up your carpet, but these move so much easier. Very impressive. They do raise your seat ever so slightly, but it was enough for me that I actually have my chair as low as it could go to accommodate these wheels. Don't that scare you away though. I prefer to sit lower than your average person.
