I purchased to replace the remote for a Honeywell fan. The Honeywell receiver arced and no longer worked. Honeywell said to replacement and it did the same thing. While I was waiting for Honeywell to warranty the replacement I purchased this one and it worked perfectly. No more parking. The only difference is the Honeywell remote is white and this one is black. Everything else works and looks exactly the same.

I bought this in February and actually got to install it bit late due to delay in construction by the contractor. Not sure what's wrong but I have got it checked by 2 electricians one who installed the fan and set this up both are unable to make fan and light work via remote. It only switches on and off the light but not the fan.

I bought this remote and receiver to go with an existing fan that already has a remote and receiver. I was hoping I could have one remote mounted on the wall next to the main switch, and the other remote on the desk or the nightstand for convenience. I am able to sync the fan with the new remote, or with the original remote, but not with both. Is there any way to sync one fan with two remotes? Or can I purchase a remote which is set to the same frequency as one of the remotes I already have?

Bought this to replace an AC-wired wall switch with many tiny buttons, impossible to control without careful examination, wife hated it. Most alternatives required an uncommon 12v battery, an A23. This unit uses 2x CR2023 batteries available everywhere. Not easy to mount on multiple wall plates, best suited for single wall plates.

Although it is easy enough to install the replacement receiver into the fan base, the dimmer button - our WHOLE motivation for replacing the remote - does not work at all. The original remote's dimmer function (a primary reason we chose this fan) worked fairly well until we found it in our new puppy's mouth. The replacement is an enormous waste.
