I finally decided to buy a postpartum belt to help with the problems associated with having baby.I got lower back pain after gave birth to my son. This hip belt support my lower back and my recovery has been so much better than expected because of this product. I don't feel pain when I change my little one's diaper. Highly recommend to new mom!!!

Great product at a great price. The only downside is that the Velcro sometimes gets stuck to my clothes. Sizing is as described.
