HOSTACK Queen Upholstered Platform Bed Frame, Grey, Wood and Steel

I bought a bed frame a little over a year ago. Assembly was easy and I live the look of the bed. No complaints. Great bed. I just recently moved and upon arrival of bew place I realized I can’t find one of the legs (and done hardware) . I was upset because I live the bed and it isn’t that old. On a hope and a prayer I reached out to the manufacturer and explained the situation. I asked if there was any way I could purchase another leg. After being sent a manual for the bed that included parts and part numbers I was able to identify exactly what parts and pieces I needed. The rep helping me then contacted warehouse to see if they had extra. Not only did they have the parts I needed, they sent them out at no charge! I was elated. They went above and beyond anything I had even imagined. There was constant contact and communication with me throughout the process including follow ups and confirmation of shipping. Again I can’t express the level of service I received. Very rare to have customer experience on this level! 10 out of 5 stars from me. I strongly recommend HOSTACK for product quality and excellent custom service. I won’t buy another bed from anyone else. I’m lifelong customer now! Great work guys!

I gave this bed frame 5 stars!! I was skeptical at first because the price was very cheap so I was thinking you get what you pay for… but I decided to order anyway I’m glad I did The bed is very nice and elegant looking the velvet is soft. The instructions were very easy to read and understand took about an hour to put together… overall the quality is great for the price and seems very sturdy.. i’m using a 12 inch full-size mattress with I believe it’s a 2 inch boxspring… I would definitely recommend this bed if you’re on a budget and want something that still looks good and you could actually sleep on it without it breaking lol

It’s a nice looking headboard. Done nicely. Decent quality and looks as good as you would expect. Especially for the reasonable price. That said, the frame of the bed isn’t quite as good. Particularly how they added feet at the center of each side of the frame. You know - literally right where you step before getting into bed. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve stubbed my toe on that stupid thing.Also, there are unfinished wood supports along the center of the bed underneath. Unfortunately you can easily see these unfinished wood supports, making it look cheaply made.

I bought this for my 14 year old daughter. I wished it had been for me.The whole frame came inside the headboard which was space saving and made it easy to handle. The unboxing was simple. All pieces were numbered or lettered. The instructions are clear and easy to read with pictures to show the assembly. Simple to put together with just 1 person in about an hour.The headboard and outside frame is covered in black velvety material. Super soft and hard not keep running your hands across. The headboard is beautifully tufted and the outer edge done with metal stud accents. We love the look and feel.The frame seems to be extremely sturdy. Support footings run through the center of the bed from head to foot. Does not move or make noise when sat down on or laid on.I have only had the bed set up for approximately 3 weeks so everything shared is from a short time of use.At this time I would definitely recommend and I would buy again.

If you follow the instructions it's really easy to install. I've been in construction all my life so I can see how some people could find the instructions not very clear. I would recommend a power drill for screwing in the long wood support pieces in the last step.It makes it much easier when screwing those pieces in if you start at the bottom right and screw it in. Then move over to the left side and screw the second wood piece in and then over to the third piece of the right and screw it in. Go all the way up like that and then come back down and screw the holes in that you skipped. It's much easier to get everything to line up that way. It's very sturdy bed and looks really good once it's all together. I had a 4 inch memory foam topper on my mattress and had to switch to a 2 inch one so it would fit properly. Very satisfied with my purchase and delivery was very quick. The FedEx guy even helped me carry it in the house. I would definitely recommend. I would recommend someone with little construction experience to find someone to help you put together. Its not hard to assemble it took me about an hour by myself.

I was hesitant at first when I looked through the reviews and and saw mentions of bedbugs, but we thoroughly checked our headboard and didn’t see anything. I feel like that might be a rare thing and that that can happen with anything you purchased that has to be shipped. This bed is extremely sturdy. It was hard to put together took a few hours, but nevertheless, I think it’s a bad that will last! It’s beautiful and looks just like the photos, maybe even better!
