Hated it, hard to control. The attachment silicone is to large for correct exercises. Wants to grasp skin and not penile area. Release does not work and you have to force cup open to deflate which is painful. No lubrication included even though it was advertised. Cheap buy but even cheaper product. Sorry i tried finding something good but have already ordered a differant one for penile exercises
