Will this product treat the odor get rid of. Some product i tryed just cover up for awhile n comes back

It did a good job for me. There are a lot of causes for this kind of odor and without knowing more precisely what your own cause is, odor is likely to return at some point.

How quickly does this product start to work on BV odor symptoms?

Basically 1 day or so but you are wise to follow up with other treatments also if this is a bad case of bv, since this can come back with each menstrual cycle or after your cycle is over. Mine did until I added the following to my treatment. Douche with equal parts water and hydrogen peroxide after your cycle for about 4-5 days. One time a day was plenty for me for 5 days. Also inserting a plain dissolvable vitamin c tablet for 5 days and rinsing this out with lukewarm water or mild tea such as chamomile. Naturemade Vitamin C 500mg in 100 caplet does Amazon sells these and they are not coated. Another theory is to use protection to see if there are less issues with this occuring repeatedly. Also some sites recommend the male to be treated for bv along with their partner as to not have recurrent issues. Google other ways to deal with bv and you will find many answers. People do swear by the hydrogen and the vitamin c, both have worked well for me.

What’s the difference between this and the 15 suppositories they sell?

To be honest, I've tried both and they both work. At first I thought that the 6 day treatment was more potent but I would say that the results (for me) are similar. I think that the suppositories are meant to be a preventative maintenance type of solution.  I put one in after sex to help maintain the balance. Also, I've had sex after I put one of the suppositories in and it added extra moisture. The suppository melts and leaks out (which is why it's suggested to use at night) but the 6 day tablet is like a white pill that you insert and it's time released. I wouldn't recommend having sex while using the 6 day treatment. The suppositories are much cheaper though. If you're having major odor and you pretty much have figured it's BV, use the 6 day treatment. Then if you're afraid it will come back because of whatever the issue is causing it, get the suppositories and use one every night before bed.
