I am curious why you guys try to shove so much in a small box creating quality issue? It seems like you guys had a good idea till you decided to ship

I'm not with the company in anyway shape or form but I would have to say more boxes means higher shipping charges! I guess if you don't mind paying the extra shipping charges you can probably contact company directly and arrange that!

Stone broke. Will the pump still do its job if air comes from tube directly instead of through the stone?

As for DWC Hydroponic System, if only one airstone is damaged, it is not recommended to do so. If the gas pipe is directly connected, the pressure of the three and four channels will be different, which will lead to the other one will not vent gas. If you pull the other three airstones out of the pipe directly, this temporary use is OK, but in the long run, its oxygen capacity is certainly not as good as the oxygen capacity of the air stone, because after all, the gas you come out of it is not dispersed. If you want to inquire whether you can replace the airstone, you can contact our after-sales service team.

How does a person get replacement water level tubing and in the correct size?

Can i use bigger air hoses instead of the ones that go with the system?

We don't recommend this, The air hose of the hydroponic system is matched with the air outlet of the air pump. If the air pipe interface needs to be enlarged, it may involve the change of the air pump interface.
