Okay I initially gave this a 5-star review. Now its a 1. Couldn't get the batteries to fit after that small or Chinese once went out that came with the unit.Update I changed it back to 4 stars after working with it for a few days and getting my brother to come over and help me we were finally able to get the batteries in it was very hard. I really wanted to try to keep this safe because it works so well for me

I was a little reluctant to purchase this based on other reviews but I'm glad did. So easy to use and I love the biometric feature. Other safes selling at the same price without biometric option. Easy to program. Lots of space and a built in shelf.

5 stars because it works as described. Easy to setup the codes. Fingerprint allows for quick access and very convenient. I was about to buy the one from Costco but decided on this instead.

Great all around home security safe. I leave our important family documents in here inside our closet. The size is sufficient and I haven't had any problems yet.

DO NOT BUY !!!! I WAS ROBBED BECAUSE YOU CAN WATCH A YOUTUBE VIDEO ON HOW TO BREAK INTO THIS SAFE WITH A HAMMER ! ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TAP THE TOP OF IT WHILE TWISTING THE LOCK AND BOOM ITS OPEN ! I HAD VEHICLE KEYS, MONEY AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS STOLEN! I'll NEVER BUY A CHEAP SAFE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME!

A little tricky to set up. Read the directions and it works fine. Great safe for the money
