Do these .355 ferrules include the spacer cap to center the shaft in the bottom of the hosel?

I don't know. I bought the .370 ferrules and they fit perfectly. i recall buying some of the .355's from another source and they did come with the spacer caps. I did opt to use the "beads" with the epoxy to "tighten" the fit of the shaft on the .370's a little bit.
