Rock Posters of Jim Phillips
The art work alone would be reason enough to want a copy of the book. Every page has, at least, 1 beautiful color copy of the art work that advertised the rock bands that came from, and played in, the S.F. Bay Area during the 60's (and later). Other rock posters, from different parts of the country, are included but being a CA native I related mainly to the art work and information that pertained to my backyard. Not only is the art work beautiful but the stories are fun reading for anyone interested in the art and music of the times.
