Awesome
Life saver! Very simple to use. I don’t have any issues trying to connect it to my headset. There is maybe a few milliseconds of a delay with sound but it’s nothing that messed with gameplay.

The audio lag is strong with this one
Fool me once, shame on you; fool me after reading the reviews and still hoping for a miracle? Shame on me. I really, really wanted this Bluetooth adapter to be the answer to my gaming comfort woes. My trusty over-ear behemoth starts feeling like a medieval torture device after a mere hour, and while earbuds are comfy, they do not work with our proprietary consoles. So, against the warnings of the reviews, I took the plunge. Gotta give it to them on aesthetics – plugged into my controller, this Bluetooth adapter looks slick. It's like they were designed to be soulmates. For a fleeting moment, I thought, 'Maybe my experience will be different!' Narrator: It was not different. The second I jumped into a game, the audio lag hit me like a rogue turtle shell in Mario Kart. We're talking a noticeable delay, somewhere between a quarter and half a second. That might not sound like much, but in the heat of battle, it's enough to throw off your entire rhythm. Swinging my virtual sword felt less heroic and more like bad dubbing in a low-budget action flick. The 'shwing' came after the slash. Immersion? Shattered. It's a fantastic concept that blends seamlessly with the controller. But the execution? Sadly lacking. It's like ordering a gourmet meal that arrives ten minutes after you've already finished eating. The potential is there, but the fundamental flaw makes it unusable for any kind of real-time gaming. Back to the over-ear vice grips, I guess. At least the sound and action sync up.

Works great. Wireless bluetooth and built-in mic (airpods max 2)
Can confirm works great with my Airpods Max 2's. Easy to pair them and sound good. The mic on my Airpods isn't going through but there is a mic on the device itself. It's fine. Since the mic is on the device which is plugged into the controller it picks up a lot of the clacking from pressing buttons and moving the sticks, but it works well enough in a pinch so good enough for me. I just wanted to be able to use my airpods wirelesslly so I'm happy with it for that.

It's okay
I'm torn between a 3 and 4 star, but settled on 4. For what this thing is, it's fine. I did not read the reviews well enough and assumed my voice would transmit with the mic. My headset mic DOES NOT transmit. The only mic that works is the one inside this unit. It's weird and the mic quality is not good. My button mashing sounds are picked up and my friends can hear it sometimes. However, I don't have to change batteries in anything and it connected with ease. I can use any bluetooth headset I want, as long as it would connect. So, for what it is, it works. The quality of sound is crap though. Another issue is the sound lag. It's noticable. Speech watching a show is almost annoying, but if you have a tough time with sound lab, don't do it. You'll thank me later.

Bluetooth headset pairing for Xbox
Looking to connect Bluetooth headset/headphones to Xbox? BUY THIS! ignore the bad reviews, they are reviewing it based on a secondary function that is not even necessary. Forget about the MIC on this. Thats not what its for. Ignore the bad ratings that mention the MIC. Forget about the mic. This is to connect Bluetooth headphones to an Xbox controller. Believe me when I say I tried every workaround, dongle and app and every way to pair directly with the box, and still couldn't use my very sweet new headset with my Xbox. Bought this, plugged it in the controller and the headset paired easier than a Bluetooth speaker. AGAIN. this is NOT so you can talk through your controller via the built in mic. If you happen to be able to, thats a bonus. This IS a very easy way to use Bluetooth headphones with Xbox. I opened the box, (no batteries needed!) plugged it in the controller (carefully, there are 2 connections) and held the button to the right until the light started flashing, then I put my very pricey gaming headset on and put it in paring mode (varies by device, but for mine its continuing to hold the power button after you power on) (my other headset has a Bluetooth pairing button, so you would put the device in your controller hold the button to the right until light starts flashing and then hit the Bluetooth button on your headset) Now i can use whatever Bluetooth headset I want with my Xbone or Xbox X/S, and it remembers the last 2 devices its connected to so i can just turn on my controller then my headset and it auto pairs. 10 of 10 would buy again.

Works but not super impressed
The device works but did have several points of discouragement. Main issues were trouble pairing to a couple pairs of earbuds, quiet mic, and the delays. First was a fair .56-.78 second delay using anything I paired with the delays carrying between paired devices. Second I had issues pairing both skullcandy sesh earbuds and ironically AirPods first gen (since “attuned” for airpods.) one other thing is I really wish it would allow for mic use through the paired device. Third was the built in mic. While using it I had people on the other end reporting hard to hear, would fade in and out, or without the mic sensitivity turned up all the way, barely hear me at all. I also am not a fan of the mic placement. As for some players it’s not convenient for lap players as I could see this being a cause for muffled feedback. However besides the issues. I would say, besides the delay, good sound quality coming through the pair devices, it’s well designed and fits near flush with the front face of the controller, and is smaller than I presumed.

Great audio but mic isn't ideal.
Works great for Bluetooth headset audio! Sound quality was better than wired because there is no popping, crackling, or hearing the cable move. However, i don't use the mic ever so that feature was not important to me. The headset mic does not work via Bluetooth so if you plan to use the mic be aware that the mic is attached to the controller. Battery life on the controller will be reduced because the Bluetooth adapter uses power. I found it reduces battery life by about 30% which isn't bad.

Mediocre
I’m not sure how this has so many high ratings. Don’t get me wrong, it does “work” in the sense that it plugs into your controller and allows you to connect Bluetooth headphones. However, the biggest issue is that it only passes through stereo sound with NO support for surround sound. Yes, stereo is fine for headphones, but using DTS:X headphones or Dolby for headphones does not work right. It will only play the left and right channel so any virtualization done by the Xbox does not pass to the headphones so there is a lot of missing sounds. I thought there was something wrong with the device itself until I figured out why it didn’t sound great. I’m not sure why, either. I have a different Bluetooth transmitter that I use and it doesn’t have any issue at all. I was hoping that this would work since it is built to fit the controller, but instead I have to continue to use my Bluetooth transmitter that connects with a headphone cable. The other thing is that the sound quality is surprisingly not great. Overall, I ended up returning this. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Good
Works well but you have to speak louder than normal. Really wanted to love them more. They work flawlessly though. Just wish the microphone was a bit better.

Soddisfatta!
Perfetto e facile da installare. Esperienza di gioco comoda e godibile, finalmente senza fili! Specifico che utilizzo solo l'audio di gioco, la sezione microfono non posso recensirla. Consigliatissimo

Sehr sehr gutes Produkt
Ich merke wirklich keine Verzögerung und die Verbindung ist super einfach und der Ton ist auch nicht schlechter :) wirklich eine Riesen Empfehlung von mir

Does what it says
Connected just fine with my XM5 and XM4's - audio quality is great through the supported codecs and latency is almost imperceptible. That said it's not usable for competitive shooters as the delay will put you at a disadvantage.
