They work just fine.
I like that I can see how much ink is left which you can not do with the official canon cartridges. They may not last as long as the canon cartridges but way way cheaper and they appear to work just fine in my Pixma MX922 and in the Pixma MX5420.

The perfect complimentary ink package
When you have always used up your colour ink cartridges from your packaged ink sets and have a lot of black ink cartridges leftover. This is the perfect ink set for you.

Very good value for very good results
Colours print both vivid and subtle tones well, and I have had no issues with inks bleeding or clogging. I would buy again.
