Tell me exactly how to get in touch to warranty a broken tool!!! i've asked multiple times - never got any kind of answer

I had the same issue but replacement was a breeze! I just stopped by their Mongolian office, was greeted with a warm cup of goat milk and my new 9mm 12pt box wrench. No questions asked! Impressed does not adequately convey the awe I felt after being graced with such a humbling display of customer service... I'm still shivering...
