Not a cookie dough cutter
These cutters are for fondant only. If you use it for dough it cuts 5 shapes not one. I had to cut the dough with a knife around the outside edge of the bee shape

Big hit for a beeday party.
This was so cute, I used this for my daughter 1st beeday, it was a hit. I had to oil it so nothing would stick to it ( after the 1st use because cookie dough will stick to it). The little eye hole for the bee is an actual hole and is very small. I couldn't get the dough out of it. It was hard to use for a first timer (who use's these types of cookie cutters, I normally use the plastic ones). As that was said I am more comfy with the plastic cookie cutters but this was way to cute to pass up. Getting out of my comfy zone after I got the hang of using it with oiling it up it became a breeze to use. I was very happy to buy this and use it (even though it did take some getting use to).

Makes a very thin cookie
The cookie cutter is absolutely adorable the only problem is that it makes a very very very thin cookie when pressing into dough the areas that are to leave a impression cuts all the way through

I think the detail on this cookie cutter is amazing. I only wish that they would make it bigger. I could not find it in a larger size.A 3.5 in. or 4.0 in. would definitely be better as a favor for someone's special event. This way they could share with family and friends when they go home and not finish it in 1 or 2 bites

Perfect size for adding a cookie decoration on top of cupcakes
Yep, it's kind of tiny, but that can be a good thing. I suggest you get a ruler and look at the size you'll be getting. You just have to be careful when cutting out cookies with the small sections. I sent this to my daughter in Europe and she plans to use the cookies to decorate cupcakes for Navy Seabee functions and bake sales (yep, they have a bee mascot thing going on).

Headless bees!
I bought this and another cutter ( R&M Bumble Bee 3" Cookie Cutter in Durable, Economical, Tinplated Steel ) to make cookies for a party. I loved the profile look, but this was a very difficult design. The heads were prone to fall off :( The other design turned out just as cute once decorated. I wouldn't recommend buying this unless you have a lot of time to be careful when cutting out the cookies. The other design is easier to use.

bumble bee cookie cutter
I rated this product okay due to the fact that it was a cute cutter. The cookie cutter is a bit small.
