I have to knee sleeves sometimes for certain lifts/exercises but I don't like wearing them during the entire workout. It's hard to pull on knee sleeves when your legs are already sweating, so these tights are a perfect solution for me, I can put on/take off the sleeves anytime during the workout quickly.I can get 100+ workouts from a pair easily, unless I'm doing a lot of floor work or doing something outdoors scraping on the ground a lot, otherwise for ordinary gym use they're very durable.

I would stay away deadlifting with them as I always walked away with a hole around a knee area. Otherwise they are great!

Por el precio no esperes algo muy bueno, cumple con su propósito y la verdad si lo recomiendo yo lo utilizo para deporte y funciona bien un detalle negativo y puede que a otra persona le vaya diferente y es que en mi caso como práctico deporte de L a V esta licra me empezó a pelar los 🥚🥚sin ofender, y si era muy irritante lo dejo a consideración de cada quien. :)
