Not as expected…
The lead is a bit crumbly and a bit lighter than I expected but overall these are good pencils. I like the black wood-like material, it is easy to sharpen and nice and smooth.

Ugh... I really want to like these rubber pencils...
The worst thing about these cheapies is that is it dam near impossible to sharpen them with a 'hand-held' sharpener... And I have the M&P Pollux! (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072JCL6MH) The 'lead' is too soft/brittle to withstand sharpening. It must have to do with making the 'lead' flexible so it wouldn't snap as the 'wood' was flex'd.Of course, in the legendary Panasonic KP-33 it sharpens nicely.

Good pencils no issues
I used them on the ACT and had no issues out of them, good color and eraser.
