Awesome crunchy crusts - just watch for exposed fiberglass
I really love how the crusts on our frozen pizzas get crunchier with this mat (as opposed to full contact on a baking sheet)!My solution to cleaning out the food in the perforation - soak it in the baking sheet full of soapy water for at least 30 to soften the foodstuff so you can wash it out.The reason I gave 4 stars is that, after a few weeks of use, I was washing one of these mats and noticed some of the silicone coating came off, exposing the fiberglass within. At least there were 2 mats in the purchase, so I had a back up I'm still able to use. No exposed fiberglass on that one as of yet (fingers crossed).
