are the straps adjustable enough to fit a child's size foot (6 yr old, size 13 in kids)?

The straps aren’t adjustable and I wouldn’t recommend this unit. Terrible workmanship. Returned mine and replaced with 2nd one, it too was broken. Returned replacement.

The bike is very small in size. My feet would touch the ground. Second, the bike is so light that it keeps moving away when I bike. I returned it in 2 days.
