The TouchElex watch is a cost efficient way to keep track of your fitness stats, and much more. There is a sleep monitor built in which tracks all 3 sleep stages, which I thought was fascinating. It was easy to set up with my phone and it has many functions the more expensive models include such as messaging, music, camera, stopwatch, find phone and more. I have not utilized these options as I really only wanted it for fitness tracking. The packaging is very nice and it comes with a charger which charges the phone in just a few minutes. Battery life is good but I recommend charging every 2 days so it does not stop working at an unexpected time. The only thing I wish is that it had a blood pressure monitor. The watch is attractive and looks like the photo. I even bought one for my 16 year old son for Easter, as he is starting a fitness routine and I thought it would be helpful.

When I got this, I had some trouble pairing it via bluetooth, but figured it out. I relayed my experience to Antonia at customer service and she was very receptive to the feedback. After that I used the watch for about a week and was very satisfied. Then the Raise to Wake feature (when the watch is sleeping / display not on just twist your wrist and it wakes up) seemed to stop working. Antonio quickly got back to me and identified a setting for the feature that I had wrong, and this fixed the problem. I also gave her feedback on this and recommended that her helpful troubleshooting instructions would make a great addition to the FAQ section.I am very impressed with the quick and helpful response by customer service.

The media could not be loaded.  Positives: I really like the look and all the features that this product holds. The screen and screen face personalization is nice. Features are solid and easy to find. Overall it is very good looking and if it’s connected to your app, it’s clear.Improvements needed: app disconnects when you are too far away from your phone so you have to refresh the connection often. Text responses also don’t work for iOS. Biggest down side is that the battery life is only about 24 hours before you have to charge it. It does charge very fast (10 mins to almost full charge) though so that’s really helpful. Watch band is 22mm so it is not easy to find an alternate band for it either.Update: seller reached out to remedy the situation and they are sending me a new one to try. I will update as I can.

Look, we all know, sometimes you get what you pay for. It was inexpensive, but keeping that in mind, I set the bar pretty low. Things started off when the sealed package didn't include the charging cable. Rather than returning and reordering and have it disappear into that huge industry of Amazon returns where bargain shoppers graze on the returns until the debris that remains is shoveled into our landfills. I contacted the seller and they cheerfully drop shipped cable from China. Took a few days. Good point, the watch is attractive enough (mine is green, a bit of a military hue, which is fine since I'm a former U.S. Marine.) It kept time well enough, steps less well. I tended to charge it daily, you could go a couple, but certainly not the better part of a week. I rarely got it communicate with my phone. Multiple attempts would eventually sync it to get the time right, but it very rarely received texts and rang from phone calls. And I spent HOURS attempting everything that the pitiful manual suggested. (I'm nothing if not persistent). Yesterday, something different happened, the time was off by about an hour. I synced it successfully and got the time right, but within an hour it went dead. Nothing has revived it, charged it all night and it is just DOA. Look, it's affordable enough. But.....a year? I would probably lived with it for as long as it ran. One thing is certain, I am going to have to spend more to get those functions. A LOT more. Sigh.... So, if I spend 10x as much for a replacement, it needs to last 10 years. Will that happen? Probably not. But still, my advice is to take a pass on this one. There are probably better to be had at this price point, and they may last more than a year. Good luck Folks.

For the price, especially when Samsung & Apple watches can cost you HUNDREDS, this little guy is pretty amazing.Tip #1 - install the app on your phone 1st... the app needs permission to "run in the background" to sync up & I did this backwards... I turned my watch on 1st, so my syncing is a bit fussy. And you can set it up with metric or 'imperial' 😂 (American) units.I bought this watch to function as an Activity Tracker - steps, water intake, Heart BPM & O2, 'get up & move' reminders (since I sit at a desk all day for work)... and for this it is BRILLIANT.The sleep tracking was enough to make me buy a pink one for my mom who suffers from insomnia, and the app was easy installed on her "Lively" smartphone with all permissions in tact. It gives us GREAT feedback to study her sleep patterns & reminds her to be a bit more active during the day. Perfect.As such, my "5 star" review does not include feedback on this watch as a "Smart watch" since I don't use it to: answer calls, respond to texts.The battery life is SICK - I charge it for 25 minutes once every 4 or 5 days. Love that.There's 3 watch faces built in to the watch, & TONs more you can download. The watch face is big, bright, adjustable & easy to read.The band is comfortable - the little 'tucking' band even has a little notch on it, so when you put the tail of the band under it, its very secure.Like I said from the start, for $35, its pretty amazing!!
