I bought this light for commuting home from work during the dark winter evenings, and it has made a big difference. The beam is bright enough to see the road clearly and also helps make me more visible to other road users.It feels solid, the USB-C charging is convenient, and the battery has been reliable for my journeys so far. One thing to be mindful of is the angle of the light if the beam is pointed too high, it can easily dazzle oncoming drivers or cyclists, so it’s worth taking a moment to adjust it properly.Overall, I’m really pleased with it. It has made my ride home at night feel much safer and more comfortable.

This light comes well packaged. In the box you get your light, a bracket and a USB-C charge lead. The addition of the USB-C adds faster charging and the ability to charge other devices like your phone if you get stuck.The light is small and compact, is very well constructed. The rubber cover for the charge port is a very snug fit making a water tight seal. I have been out in heavy rain once so far and everything still works as it should with no issues so waterproofing is doing it’s job so I cannot see water being an issue.I have now used this light on four occasions for my ride home from work at 2am and I must say for a small light it packs a big punch. At 1200 lumens this light is bright. It has 3 brightness settings for the main light and two flash settings. The first flash setting is the normal on off but the second is a cool faster flash combo which was my personal favourite. The main light on low Is not very bright but gets you seen and saves power, medium is much better but on max this light comes to life, for a small light it packs a big punch easily lighting your way in dimly areas. On the brightest setting it managed just short of 2 hours at which point the light went into power saving mode engaging the lowest brightness setting this lasted a further 20 minutes then the light died altogether. If you can get away with either of the other two brightness settings then your easily into 2 hr plus territory which is very good considering the performance battery size.The supplied bracket fits tightly to my handle bars but is a bit fiddly to fit. The Garmin style twist mount is nice and tight so there is no chance of the light dislodging at all over bumps.Overall this light is very impressive, well built, waterproof and Bright well worth the money in my opinion.

This light, (RN 1200) is great. So well built, and feels/looks quality. Lights up the road ahead brilliantly, and a strong/sturdy/tight fitting keeps everything in place... even off road.

I bought this light after reading a favourable review of a lower powered version in Cycling Weekly. They rated the 1000 lumen one highly and pointed out the design feature of making its mount compatible with Garmin quarter-turn mounts - so when I found the next one up on sale via Amazon it was a bargain too good to pass up. Initial impressions are good - it is compatible with the outfront Garmin mount on my commuter (I don't use the Garmin for commuting), the brightness controls are actually sensible (unlike ALL other front lights I've had) - it starts low and gets brighter with repeated presses. The battery charge indicator works well and the light itself is very good. The lowest setting is fine for lit streets and cycle paths, brighter settings are ok for unlit sections even when there's no moon. On its highest setting, it's bright enough for off road, though without a helmet light to back it up, it's not so good for twisty rooty singletrack. The waterproof seal for the charging port also seems very good. So all in all, no complaints. The only reason I haven't given it five stars across the board is that I haven't had it long enough to gauge battery life or general reliability properly (lower priced lights can be hit and miss in this respect)

Wow incredibly bright! Really helps with my country road cycling ! I had to make sure the light was dipping as on a brighter beam, I was flashed by drivers- so must have blinded them! But since I’ve dipped- all is good highly recommended.

This light is excellent value for the price. Bright enough for solo night rides on the road, good battery life and has survived the winter riding in some pretty foul weather. 2 friends also have it, if you’re looking for a bargain bike light this is it.

Very bright, high quality light. Love the turn to secure feature. The attachment on the light broke but the team were really helpful and quickly sent out a replacement. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic light, very bright whilst also having g a dimer option. Well made and hardy. Even after having a slight technical issue a year later the excellent customer service team (Hannah) issued me with a replacement! Great company therefore, highly regard.
