Hot Rollers - Ionic, Instant Heat, For Short and Long Hair 1 Inch Diameter; Set of 12 - Long

I'm a hairdresser of over 36 years. What I wouldn't have given for these on those"wedding party"days with several girls all with long hair!! I've used every type hot curler on the market and I had high hopes for these. My hair is below my bra strap in the back and through the years my hair is not as full now as it used to be. Living in Florida with humidity and heat- it's actually a real job to stay looking nice for long. These and nothing as far as a tool, will ever be able to counteract the humidity and though I dislike using product on my hair... With these rollers.. because my hair comes out lovely I don't even mind using a light humidity resistant hair spray. Other rollers either didn't get hot enough of they tangled in my hair. I've located my white cotton gloves for the next use... They are fast and I love that!!!! I read a few reviews that said they were possibly going to buy another set and I don't understand that because it takes no real time to be hearted and ready to use. I rarely rate a five star and I am not impressed with the clips that came with it. I used several of the regular clips I have when I'm wearing my hair up. They just aren't sufficient in size or weight to support the long curler.. But the value in the product is so fantastic, it cancels out the negative in the clips. I. Really like that it doesn't require a cover or hood. First time I've seen a set that dissent. With the cover on the many sets before this- I'd get almost anxious trying to open the hood, get the curler and let the hood slam shut.... before it "lost heat".. I am so happy I bought these.. For me being on a fixed income it was a tough decision I struggled with for a few weeks. I just can't be happier and they are keeping me encouraged to keep myself up worth this humidity. Treat yourself!!!!!!

The pros: I really like the set I get from these rollers. Full without being at all frizzy, and they are easy to unroll unlike some other rollers with teeth. They heat up quickly. They are easy to travel with; if I am taking a small bag I pack the rollers separate from the base and tuck them in wherever I have room. I love having butterfly clips instead of those metal pins.The cons: The long size makes them difficult to manage without burning your fingers, and even your face and scalp.I tuck tissues under the rollers where I need to to avoid burns to my face and scalp, but I now have callouses on several of my fingers from the heat.(I am looking for a pair of thin gloves which may help there.) I liked the idea of a longer roller because I have long hair that is fairly thick, but these are too long even for me. However, the shorter rollers appeared to be too short, so I went with these. I am keeping them because I do love the set I get from them, but the next time I feel like splurging I may try the shorter set to save my fingers

I love these rollers. I've never used hot rollers before and the price was so good, I decided to buy them. They heat up in 5 minutes. They are very easy to use and I love the clips! I can roll my hair in 5 minutes, put my makeup on and take the rollers out and my hair looks fabulous. I have long, very fine hair and these rollers give me the body and my hair lacks. Love them!!

These work well but are smaller than I thought they would be. For loose curls I would order a larger roller.

Just wanted to let shoppers know these are red. I was expecting orange. The combination of long and short rollers is a good choice. The carry case looks and feels like durable quality. Results? I need practice with styling. The small clips are nice. Having curlers in your hair doesn't look quite as bad with these matching sets.

I was going to give up and cut my hair until I found these!! I don’t have time to curl my hair with a curling iron. I have so much hair and these are the only rollers I’ve found to hold it all.

I like them but they are heavy

I'm actually very disappointed in priduct, I have long hair (2" below bra strap) not super thick, and it just left a slight curl at the bottom, and I left them in for a while. I was hoping this would have been the answer to a beach wave, but it wasn't for me. I wish I didn't throw away the box they arrived in because now I can't return them and I'm stuck with something I'll never use.
