Companion Gear Dog Boots, Medium

I bought these for my lab/border collie mix. We live in MN and she needs a long walk to burn off energy, I thought these would help. After putting on the first one I realized how uncomfortable she was, on the inside the seam is very stiff and digs into her paws. She's 55-60lbs but has small paws. I ordered a medium but maybe she needed a large? Also, the bottom is VERY smooth and provides no traction on ice or packed snow.

These boots wore out in about one week. Our puppy has to wear them every time he goes outside on the grass because of his foot allergies so we go through many sets of these boots. We actually purchased a cheaper set and they are great.

Great boots to keep my dogs paws warm and protected from the cold and from the salt brine they drop everywhere around here in MN in the winter.

These are NOT like the sweet enticements bon bons like Walmart used to sell. The center isn't peanut butter-y. I bought two bags, ate two and now will probably throw the rest away

One wear and they are already full of holes

Highly, highly disappointed in these booties - after the second trip outside (less than one city block, back and forth, to the dog park) the vinyl bottoms were already splitting and tearing, exposing the cloth underneath on the rear pair, and the dog's foot pads on both front boots. While the fit was superior to other boots we had tried for our 48 pound dog, the quality is abysmal. Sadly, we're still looking.

We have bought these boots for years. We live in MN and our dog won't walk without them. This brand has withstood the most wear and fits the best of any dog boot we have tried. I see bad reviews on these boots but I wonder if they have tried any other brand. We have tried several and these are the best. No matter what brand you buy there will be wear, just as in shoes.
