I love the truffle flavor. I take it with me on the road when I travel. It's great when I'm fasting and eating bone broth at night. I boil up some water (I carry a collapsible kettle), and make a hot mug of tasty bone broth for fasting. It does need some salt to taste. I also put some spicy seasonings as well to give it a little kick. It's nice because it's not a powder or a liquid and is easy to carry.

I was really sold on the advertising for this broth. It sounded like it was going to taste very good, or at least palatable. Quick and easy, healthy, snack, or use to make soups etc. I was excited to use it the day it arrived. I put it in 8 ounces of hot water. Let the puck dissolve stirred and went to smell and taste. The smell was EXTREMELY GROSS. Upon taste it was UNPALATABLE to the point of DISGUSTING. A HORRIBLE AFTERTASTE that lingers on. Unfortunately I bought three different flavors and am out $120. This item is NOT RETURNABLE. I was too excited about it and didn’t attention. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the MISLEADING ADVERTISING of this product and will never purchase it again. It’s as if I threw away $120. It is all going to the trash. My dog even turned his nose to the smell and he eats anything!!! The flavors that I purchased were. Chicken & miso. Beef & black truffle. Chicken & ginger & turmeric. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED with this company’s product. I would rate it as -5 stars if that was an option. Joanna 🤮🤢

I remember a doctor I used to work with stating that he eats to live, he doesn’t live to eat. That’s what I thought of when consuming this. It’s not the tastiest but it does the job (gives the protein needed with no sugar/carbs and fills you up) when doing a 3 day cleanse. I imagine most people that order this item order it for some sort of healthy lifestyle. Just keep that in mind before knocking it. Normally the stuff that tastes great are loaded with crap you don’t need and shouldn’t have in your bodies. After the 3rd sip you get used to it. It’s super convenient to take to work and add to water. I gave one less star due to price…expensive, in my opinion, for the quantity received.

I love this bone broth, when I don't want to eat, but still want to have something nutritious. The 4 flavors are a nice variety, but I do find im drinking all 3 servings in one sitting, which is kinda too much sodium. Will continue to purchase this as the quality is superb. I would love for Brite Start to come out with these flavors in single servings. That would make this product ideal for people like me, on GLP1 meds.

This is my favorite bone broth but the packaging team needs to get back to work. LOL! Last time I received a fully sealed package with no product in it. Check out the photo! As of late the new package and whatever they’re putting in the beef and mushroom recipe is leaving a very chemically bitter after taste. I hope they do something about it.

This bone broth has 20 grams of real gelatin protein (NOT a processed powder) and it has VERY low sodium - only 10 mg per serving - so not salty tasting. I like the chicken + ginger + tumeric flavor. For extra zip I will add a half teaspoon of fresh ginger paste to my cup of hot water and this makes a delicious breakfast with high protein - 20 GRAMS. This is so much better value than dry powders of bone broth that only give you 10 grams of protein. Very economical if you need and want the 20 grams of protein.

I was not sure what to expect due to the mixed reviews, but I'm very impressed with this. When I opened the packet, the concentrate resembled more of a firm gelatin rather than a hard puck. For me, this concentrate dissolved within a minute with some gentle stirring. Also, I used hot water from a water dispenser, not even freshly boiled water, and it worked great. As for the flavor, I'm not overly picky with my chicken broth. It's warm and comforting, not too salty, tastes like chicken. Obviously freshly made broth at home is unbeatable, it's not going to match homemade broth. But that's not what this is - it's for convenience and that's exactly why I got it. I got the regular chicken flavor, have not tried any of the other flavors. It's simple, easy, convenient, everything you need and nothing you don't. Also, you could always throw in some other flavors if it's too bland for you. A few slices of ginger or some hot pepper would go really well. I appreciate this product so much as I don't have time to eat whenever I want at work, at least I can sip on something comforting and nutritious. Looking forward to trying some of the other flavors.
