Goya Lady Fingers 7.0 OZ

They were perfect for my Tiramisu. Sweet and spongy, the perfect compliment to the delicious coffee flavor of the dessert. I will be buying them again.

I checked several local grocery stores and could not lady fingers. I needed them for tiramisu. I have used Goya products in the past and have always been pleased with their product. I was not disappointed. They arrived quickly and packaged well. Not one finger was broken.

Bought these for a tiramisu recipe and they were perfect. They were pretty expensive but my daughter wanted tiramisu for her birthday and I couldn’t find them locally. I guess as a rare purchase it’s okay, but at that price probably wouldn’t buy often.

I was really looking forward to using these Goya Lady Fingers for my tiramisu, but they were a major letdown. First off, the texture was off—they were way too soft and crumbly, which completely ruined the layering process. They seemed stale straight out of the package.The flavor was another disappointment. Instead of the light, slightly sweet taste you'd expect, they had this odd aftertaste that made my dessert less enjoyable. Honestly, I could barely salvage my recipe.If you’re planning to use these for baking, I’d recommend looking for another brand. These simply don’t have the structure or quality for making desserts. I won’t be buying these again.

They made a great tiramisu! I wish I had read my recipe, I should have ordered two packs! FYI.
