Robocop 2: Robocop fights another robocop that has the brain of a crackhead
In this movie, they start turning more dead cops into robocops, but they end up not being able to find another cop that they could turn into a cyborg without it self-destructing after realizing the monstrosity that it has become. They end up using the brain of a drug addicted megalomaniac and turns him into 'Robocop 2' with the idea that they could use drugs to control the new 'Robocop 2' and that he would seek out all of the drugs in the city. Obviously, it turned out as well as you think it would, and Robocop ends up having to fight the crackhead Robocop at the end of the movie. The movie is both freakin' hilarious and awesome at the same time. There's one part of the movie where robocop is programmed to become more PC and it makes him a hilariously terrible cop. It's south park humor without as much hyperbole and was way ahead of its time.In terms of CGI, this movie has aged really well. There is some CGI with one of the fight scenes that was kind of bad, but it's only in the movie for a very brief amount of time, like seconds, and it's not nearly as ridiculous as CGI in other old movies like jaws 3.There are other elements of the movie such as criminal syndicates, political corruption, and corporate greed that existed in the first movie that adds to the plot. I mean, obviously, how else would a crackhead Robocop be created? The plot does a good job of explaining how crackhead robocop came to be in a way that is somewhat viable given that it is in fact a movie.10/10 would watch again

Underrated Sequel!
Robocop 2 was not appreciated in its time but has become a favorite for 80's-90's action film fans and is a faithful sequel to the original film. My only gripe is that the main antagonist (Cain) is not as fleshed out as the baddie in Robocop (Clarence) but you will still want to see him get justice!

"Another Classic Science Fiction & Action Film!"
The second of Robocop was great like the first one. Peter Weller still played the role as Robocop in this one. Great Science Fiction and action packed film. This time he faces Robocop II, which O.C.P. didn't know it was controlled by a menace maniac by a good actor Tom Noonan (Last Action Hero, Eight Legged Freaks & The House Of The Devil) he played a good role. Also Nancy Allen too. This one is a blast good time. Another great classic of its kind. Highly recommended.

A worthy follow-up.
Robocop 2 is a worthy successor to 1987's initial offering by Paul Verhoeven and company. The second installment of the series picks up a couple of years (supposedly) after the first and we find Robocop/Murphy still dispatching Detroit's undesirables as the need arises. Trouble is afoot, however, within OCP as an over-eager executive wishes to replace Murphy with Robocop 2.0. What follows is an excellent portrayal of corporate profiteering, mismanagement, and human suffering for the sake of success.All-in-all, it's a great film. While not as excellent as its predecessor, Robocop 2 is a worthy sequel. The first film took everyone by surprise with it's tongue-in-cheek attitude of America's over-the-top consumer society. This film continues that, however it doesn't have the same luster as before. The violence, while still graphic, falls short to me. I suppose the buckets of blood caused by a malfunctioning ED-209 and Murphy's gut-wrenching shotgun gauntlet also left me desensitized to what I can only describe as more audience-friendly squibs. As far as the Blu-Ray transfer is concerned, there is some better resolution and sound quality. However, it still didn't strike me as being High Definition. This is also the same issue I ran into with my Blu-Ray version of Hard Boiled. However, for the money, I still believe it is well worth the $10 to $15 price tag.I highly recommend this film and the first Robocop to any fans of Action, Science-Fiction, and Cyborg/Robot features.

Again, Shout Factory Screams High Quality
I love this sequel, I think Frank Miller had Balls the size of the Rock of Gibraltar for such a gnarly screenplay, it's violent, a lot of people had problems with the little kid being so Krazy and a drug dealer killer, but sometimes a shocking element is what you need, they made this sequel more gnarlier than the first one, I'm not saying it's better than the original, but they did a Hell of a job trying to keep up with it, Shout Factory made this Blu Ray sexy and vibrant, kudos, they are one of the best companies out there, thanks Shout Factory

They made this to honor him.

They made this to honor him..." -Robo

Great sequel
Great old sci fi film, pretty good transfer to blu ray tbh, great old SFX too. Ahhh the good old days......., great fight scenes where it all gets a bit 'Slobodan Milošević' everywhere, shame they don't make films like this anymore, great fun.
