I can hear you now
I woke up one morning and my hearing had suddenly stopped working. I could hear voices faintly but so garbled nothing made sense. After a few minutes of googling sudden hearing loss I found the ear popper and it was available on Amazon prime. I needed quick results and took a chance even though it was expensive. Within a couple days my hearing was much improved and six weeks later it’s almost back to normal. Some people report immediate results, but some say up to 11 weeks. Maybe my age (76) was a factor.

Works like a charm
My ears wouldn’t pop after after a week of trying. I got this and after using it for a few days I was finally able to get my ears to stay open.

Not worth $100 let alone $30
So I'm a flight attendant. Constantly exposed to pressure changes and ears being clogged and leading to ear infections. Got this device to help unclog ears. It's really nothing. It does, what feels like, nothing. For $120 I expected immediate relief. This is just a joke.

Really great for when my ears start to hurt on the plane from pressure changes!
Sometimes my ears would get so painful on plane rides from the change in pressure and this device helped me so much! It relieved 90% of the pain I was experiencing! Amazing product. Thank you.

My boy who suffers from allergies
Ok, normally don’t write reviews on products unless they deserve it. My son has bad allergies and typically get a lot of ear infections due to bad drainage and a small pallet. His ears have been dry, but we have been going through his allergy meds, and his ear still feels fuzzy. Doc says more allergy meds, nothing. Bought this because it’s really bothering him (not painful just fuzzy) after 4 or 5 weeks. I thought 150 bucks was expensive, but what amount won’t we spend on our kids. Get it in, open the box, directions are so simple I didn’t think it would work. We try it and poof, fuzzy is gone. He was so happy. On the first use, he said it hurt for a split second, like a little pinch while his ear regulated. He said it was more shocking or startling than hurt. I am so excited, it’s a struggle for him to fly because his ears don’t pop coming down. I can’t wait for this on the plane, if it works there like it did at home it’s gonna be a life saver.

Unethically overpriced, but it worked
When you can't hear out of one ear, you're miserable. You'll pay almost anything for relief. Unfortunately, Summit Medical (maker of the EarPopper) seems to be literally banking on that. This device looks and feel like it costs about $15 to manufacture. If you're comfortable supporting a company that gouges prices by 1,000%, I get it. Your ears deserve the relief.I haven't tried it, but Exercor makes a seemingly similar device (the Eustachi Eustachian Tube Exerciser) for $59 clams. Still quite expensive given the simplicity of the device, but if I could do it all again I would try the Eustachi first. That being said, what's done is done. I own a very expensive little Earpopper that works fairly well and I take it with me on every flight. It typically takes 2-3 uses for me, before my eustachian tubes feel open again. If things are really bad, I'll squirt a little Flonase in my nostrils first, then use the Earpopper, with the hope that some of the Flonase will sneak into my eustachian tubes and help reduce the inflammation at the source.Good luck to you!

Life-changing for air travel
I’ve always had issues with my ears while flying—I’d often be in great discomfort during landing, and my ears would feel clogged for ages after the flight. I was scared to use the ear popper but it works great when you use it proactively! I usually use it twice during the first 10-15 minutes after takeoff, and every five minutes or so for the last 30 minutes of the flight. It feels weird before you get used to it, but it prevents any pain and helps a lot with the clogged feeling after the flight. I feel awkward using it next to a stranger but it makes such a difference, I do it anyway. This has worked much better for me than earplanes, decongestants, or the valsalva maneuver.

It WORKS
This certainly works (better for planes than sickness, because gunk or inflammation could be causing your problem). It’s a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, so I hope it lasts me a long time! Essential for fliers who frequently deal with difficult popping.
