We purchased this iPhone 12 mini for our granddaughter six months ago, and we couldn’t be more pleased. The condition was flawless—she honestly thought it was brand new! The phone has worked perfectly since day one, and the battery was at 100% when it arrived—and still is today. This is the BEST iPhone I have ever owned! I needed a phone that fits my hand. This fits the bill! Very easy to transfer my service to this phone using the same phone number. Clear photos — no more freezing when multitasking. I can hear callers more clearly, too. My service provider grandfathered me in because I have a great plan which includes Amazon Prime. MetroPCS by T-mobile treats seniors well. They even waived the fee to transfer my eSIM. I could do it on my own except my plan was discontinued. That’s why they suggested keeping it and worked with me to accomplish that. Prior to contacting them, I seamlessly transferred all data without issue. In fact, it was much, much easier than having to visit a MetroPCS store. The phone was unlocked. The IMEI was ready to rock ‘n’ roll, baby! Thank you to the seller for including the charger, too! Plus a small power cube. The phone was well packaged. It came with detailed information that I plan to save. Best seller for phones on Amazon. Almost 100% charge!! Love this seller.

Took new and old phone into the carrier’s store to have the info handoff handled by them. Then took both phones home to complete all the transferring. I had paid a bit extra for the refurbished premium so it would look nicer. Well it looked good but did not work properly! So upset and frustrated!! The phone continuously turned itself off and then back on again. At the least every 20 minutes - sometimes as often as only 5 minutes apart. Worked with the Amazon people and tried everything they suggested and nothing worked. Went back to my phone carrier and nothing worked. In addition, the phone would not always pick up a WiFi signal (did not matter from where) and when it didn’t, the phone would not allow the WiFi button to be moved to on, so that you could manually connect to an available network. You had to turn the phone completely off, the back on again. Or wait for it to turn itself off and on again. These are two VERY significant problems to have with a phone - making it unusable for any extended period. What now? Sending phone back. Have to wait 30 some days to get my over $350 back; lost a new screen protector; and still need to find a new replacement phone. I expected better from Amazon. GO ELSEWHERE if you can!!

Good phone overall but do your research because while I purchased excellent condition with great battery health you have to constantly charge the phone (which is the big reason why they no longer make the mini iphone)

I paid for renewed premium and it is definitely worth it. The phone is perfect. Not a scratch on it. I waited about a month to write the review to make sure it didn't fall apart after a week. The battery is at 93%. It arrived faster than expected.

This is the 3rd time I am buying this model. I just can’t move to a newer model because of the physical size. I don’t want a phone that won’t fit in my pocket. This is the first refurbished by Amazon purchase. It is in excellent condition. Looks like it came from Apple. I highly recommend it.

I ordered 2 iphones from 2 different sellers: Amazon and 3 rd party seller Kanga supply. Review 1 renewed premium from Amazon. 5 stars: Bought this iphone 12 mini in renewed premium condition from Amazon (not a 3 rd party seller). Phone is in like new condition with a battery health of 99%. Package came sealed, and packed with care. Instructions were clear. Excellent product! Very happy with this purchase. Review 2: renewed premium from Kanga Supply. 2 stars Battery health is 81% which is unacceptable for renewed premium. Contacted Kanga supply and they offered a $20 refund which I declined. They will replace the phone after I return this one and it goes through their inspection which can take a couple of days. Very disappointed with the inconvenience they cause and their quality control. I will update my review when I receive the replacement. 2 out of 5.

El equipo llego tal como en la descripcion con su empaque, cargador, cable de carga y equipo movil. Su capacidad de carga esta al 100% y no tiene rayones de ningun tipo. Realmente da la experiencia como si lo hubiera comprado nuevo a una tercera parte de su precio de lanzamiento cuando se lanzo esta generacion. Ademas la sensacion que solo lo regresaron por el color, que en lo personal, azul rey no me gusta mucho pero le compre un case de Otterbox Defender y listo. Soy un usuario relativamente moderado -> pesado. Y la pila me dura hasta el final del dia al 20% restante. No juego mucho pero si veo series y reproduzco continuamente musica. Ademas al ser una pantalla de 5.4 pulgadas, aumenta la cantidad de ppp y hace que la OLED se vea increible. Es la 1ra vez que ocupo un iPhone y la experiencia es muy agradable.

Excelente equipo, no tuve ningún problema al poner mi SIM Telcel, la pantalla sin rasguños de igual manera que la parte de atrás. La batería me llego con el 100% de su capacidad. Sobre lo accesorios funcionan bien, el cable es original y el adaptador es genérico pero funcional.
