They're not intended to bounce just like traditional medicine balls. The 4kg one will bounce about 1cm just once. The 10kg ball doesn't bounce.

Does it smell of rubber ?

Yes, a tiny bit, but the smell goes away very quickly. I'm very happy with this item.

What would be the most suited for me? I have 2kg, 2.5kg, 5kg and 8kg dumbbells and I am lost for what weight in medicine ball I should aim for.

I use the 6kg and 8kg medicine ball for working my core and waist.

Super great quality

Urghh its heavy and tiring so I guess you could say it’s perfect! Super strong durable material I throw it against an external wall and it has barely marked it, the handles are ergonomic and comfortable to hold and when your hands are sweaty you don’t lose grip
