This is my new go to meal for breakfast or a snack when I'm in a hurry. I love the quality fats in it and the lower carb count since I eat low/moderate carbs on a daily basis. Flavor is good, can't wait to try the Blueberry next. Just make sure you blend it for the full 60 seconds like the instructions say to get rid of any nut/seed particles, then it comes out nice and smooth.

It's just okay. Not the worst shake I've had, but the after taste is a bit much on this one. I've just had better with same type of nutrients. I'll finish the box, but can't see myself repurchasing.

Great for vegetarians struggling to get in enough iron each day!
It’s a little known fact that cacao if full of iron and for those of us struggling to get enough, this is a great way to do so! This has 30% of one’s daily amount needed. It’s also chalked full of protein. I like it best with almond milk and a banana! Yum!
