Cambre wc60 Audio Video On-Wall Component Shelf

I purchased the 2" high double long. The interior height is more like 3 inches. I love the slim height design which is hard to find online or anywhere as many floating media shelves are very wide and bulky. I expected the double long to be one long piece but in fact it is 2 separate shelves that mount onto the bracket side by side. It made getting them onto the bracket a little tricky as they share the same mounting slot in the middle. The unit is very sturdy-- it is made of metal with a glass top that rests on top of the shelves and is secured magnetically (not hinged on), which means you need to get both shelving units perfectly level with one another for the top to rest flush on them (frustrating as we could not no matter what we did). Since the glass top is not hinged on, it allows you to run cables down from the TV through a small gap between the glass top and the shelves. However, the slots to run cables down from the shelves to the ground are located in the center of each shelf and there is no slot to run them down to ground from the middle of the unit so the cord lines are offset. Though I could technically run the lines down from the TV to the right or left in order to line up with the lines that run from the shelf to the floor, it would mean the lines would be placed off-center which is aesthetically awkward. If you are able to mount it to 3 wall studs, the manufacturer says the max weight capacity is 100 lbs. It also comes with two 16" long pieces of straight, white cable management tracks to gather the cables and secure them along the wall. The cable management tracks are not screwed into wall but fastened using double-sided tape. Lastly, as another reviewer noted, the screws to mount the bracket require a square bit and unlike most products that include tools to install special hardware, this product does not so you will need to pick up a square bit from the store.

Looks goods. Doesn't need much space on the wall. Needs a square bit instead of your ordinary phillips or flat head bit for the included screws.

Incredible. It's So clean floating with no wires. Can't believe I had so much trouble finding a skinny floating shelf. This is really the only one on the internet. and its awesome.
