It is a very nice cutting board. Please follow the directions and get the walnut oil to keep it oiled. If not, it will dry out and create small splinters. As with any cutting board, there is small knife marks from cutting, but that is to be expected. Overall, I like the board. It is solid and big.

One of the reasons why i bought this cutting board is because its made out of 100% organic bamboo and is formaldehyde and toxins free. As a mom of a small boy I want to give him the best I can and it includes high quality and chemicals free food. The board is large enough serve as a serving tray and still won't take up a lot of storage space. The quality is premium and I love that it has groves to prevent liquid spilling onto my countertop. This bamboo wood cutting board is very nice, I really like it and almost afraid to use it. It is safe alternative to plastic cutting boardThe kitchen board seems well-build and I enjoy have such a large space for chopping. It is also friendly to my expensive knifes.This large chopping board is nice upgrades to decade old kitchen gear I had.

I bought as much as allowed, only 5, and gave to each of my siblings for Christmas. They were thrilled. They are large, heavier than you think, and really of excellent quality. I also bought each of my sibs a refillable spray bottle and added mineral oil for monthly upkeep. I may check still yet again and see if the company will let me buy myself one, but limit had been 5 only.

Love the board!!! I needed a good sized board to use as a serving tray for entertaining guests and this one did just the trick! For my charcuterie board, it fit a wide variety of cheeses, meats, jams, nuts and fruit. I also used it as a tray for picnics! When not entertaining, I found that it is spacious for cutting vegetables and handling meats of all sizes with the excess water/juice being caught in the groove and making for easy cleaning.
