Great brace for posture
Great brace for posture. I got the size recommended for my height and weight, I thought it was loose at first then realized it was perfect. you do not want it tight if you are going to wear it for a while. This should not be tight like a back brace, this should feel like the elastic waist in your shorts not too tight but not loose and have your shorts fall. I use it to do chores around the house and now using it to work. I recently had a shoulder injury and this brace keeps me from my bad habits that caused my shoulder injury.

It does what it's meant too only downside is if left on too long can be irritating under your arms

Fixed my shoulders and tech neck
Corrected my posture issues, caused by too much computer work. If you are wide order at least one size larger. Easy to put on and take off by yourself.
