Galaxy S8 Plus Screen Protector Tempered Glass for Samsung 3D Curved Edge Black

So I'll start by saying that this screen protector is not fully case friendly. I only have two cases for my S8+ and this protector does not work with a Spigen Neo Hybrid. It does, however, work with a Spigen Slim Fit. It looks like almost all of the negative reviews are because it's not compatible with people's cases and/or that after using with their case the protector comes loose (which is a byproduct of it not fitting correctly with their case). That's certainly a valid complaint since it's listed as being case friendly, but since I use a Spigen Slim Fit, it doesn't bother me.As far as the overall product review:Clarity is really good, touch response is excellent, and the 'feel' of the screen is perfect, exactly like the stock glass. I do get rainbow effect in the middle sometimes, but it's not there 99% of the time, not sure why it appears randomly, but since it's basically not visible with the screen on, I haven't been too bothered by it. The fit is basically perfect, I installed mine right after unboxing the phone, before ever touching the screen. Even though it was a clean starting point, I used the included wet and dry cleaning wipes prior to installation. I haven't had a single problem with lifting. I tried the Neo Hybrid first, and I could tell that it would cause problems so I switched to the slim fit and I've used it for a week without issue.Overall I don't think there's much that could be done to improve the product. If the size was decreased slightly all around the perimeter it would be more case friendly, but then it would actually be too small for the screen. As is it's a perfect-fit, but since the cases also line up directly with the edge of the screen there is some interference. Packaging was very good and shipping was prompt. Was definitely worth the price I paid.

It's a perfect fit for the S8 plus and the otterbox commuter case. I've seen a few reviews mentioned it didn't fit with their case.I took the case off, applied the screen protector, put the rubber part on, then the outer hard plastic part. Haven't dropped my phone yet so not sure how well it'll protect the screen but so far so good.Edit: Just to elaborate more on using a case with this protector. I don't think this was designed with the phone having a case on it in mind (the reviews are definitely evident of that). I also tried out the Spigen Neo Hybrid and it wasn't going to fit with this screen protector. So you're either rolling the dice on which case to get or a few cases are more tempered glass protector friendly. With this protector, the Otterbox Commuter worked for me and the Spigen Neo Hybrid did not. I've seen another review mentioning the Spigen Slim Fit worked but again then Hybrid did not.TL;DR Regarding tempered glass protectors for the S8/S8+ it's most likely going to be the case you're using that makes the difference and not the screen protector.Update: Originally I rated it 5 stars. The screen protector is still on my phone however I now have to push down pretty hard to select anything on the very right side. And the edge feature on the right is useless with the screen protector on. I'm guessing it's going to pop off any day now.

Let me start off with the positives about this screen protector. It covers the whole screen, installation was easy, and had it so far for two days and does not scratch or smudge like crazy so that's good.Now, the negatives are what brought me to give this product a low rating. It is misleading when they say the screen is "case friendly" because that is not the situation with my Spigen case for the s8+. The screen protector goes to the edges and my Spigen case overlaps the screen causing the back of the clear case to smudge into the phone creating a smudge effect on the case. Also because the case and screen protector overlap, pressing right beneath the home button and right above the top speaker makes clicking sounds because the screen protector is lifting in those areas causing the touch to be unresponsive at times and makes the screen feel like an old touch panel that required a plastic pen or your nail to respond too touch, makes the phone feel cheap because it doesn't feel sealed right inbetween the case and screen protector, and this is an expensive phone made with high quality materials, last thing you'd want it to feel is cheap. And if you say "should've got a different case" well then the statement of "case friendly" is misleading. Not happy with this product, once my new screen protector comes in, looking into returning, still have the packaging.

So normally I don't post reviews but after applying this screen protector, I felt obligated to say that this DOES fit well with the Otter box Commuter. Like most people here, I bought this in advance of the S8 plus release hopeful that it would fit. After reading all the negative reviews, I thought to myself "oh crap, I should have waited". I then read another review that said it worked with the Otter box Commuter, I figured I had nothing to lose by trying. After following the installation instructions, I applied the protector, followed by the case. I noticed some clicking and decreased sensitivity at the bottom of the screen. I then removed the case, and reapplied the silicone sleeve, this time favoring the bottom and making sure the screen protector was covered. After putting the plastic cover back on, the screen protector was stable and no more sensitivity issues! If you use the Otter box Commuter, this screen protector is very case friendly.

I put this on 2 days after i got the phone and i have the i-blasion case. I had just took off the orignal samsung film before applying this screen protector. The guys at best buy put it on for me. It sticks just fine if the screen is clean and the protector is centered. There is a small bubble in the center that would not come out no matter what, however, it isnt noticable when the screen is on. Only other thing is i can hear a small pop when i press on the edges only in certain places. So far im happy.
