Gamma RAY Blue Light Blocking Glasses Anti Glare

Omg, these things are a holy grail!I've had several eye surgeries that have left my poor eyeballs SO sensitive to light. Also, at work I stare at a computer screen for 8 hours AND have disgusting harsh fluorescent lights blaring down on me from up above. I feel like a spotlight is shining on me all day! It affects both my vision and my well-being. I am so headache-y and dry-eyed and miserable when the day is done - but I suppose a portion of that malaise can be attributed to the monotonous stupidity of my job. But I digress.I have noticed an instanteous and extreme difference in how I FEEL and how well I can SEE at work while wearing these stylish, cute eyestrain glasses!1) Firstly, the price can't be beat. I suppose the blue-blocking/eyestrain glasses all use the same material, so why pay more for an expensive pair? I feel like these must do the same job as the more expensive pairs do. And they're nice and sturdy.2) They're stylish! I mean, 90% of that probably is me and MY unbearable cuteness, but these things look great! Co-workers have commented how cute they are.3) Blue blocking glasses NEED to be yellow. But I dislike the look of visibly tinted glasses. I'd feel like a gross old hippie or John Lennon if they were REALLY noticeably tinted. But these lenses, while definitely yellow when compared to white, don’t look yellow against skin tone. The tinting is really subtle. It took a week of one coworker looking at my face all week to ask "Wait, are your glasses tinted yellow?"4) Comes with a nice zippered case and lens cleaning cloth. Very handy.All in all, these are great! Great price, great quality, stylish and soothes my poor aching eyes as I sit in a chair and labor at something I don't want to do for eight hours a day for the rest. OF. MY. LIFE. Ah well, at least with these glasses I'll look cute doing so!

I had to give this product a 5 because it's a great value for the price. The frames are beautiful, it came with a GREAT case and a cleaning cloth. The lenses in the glasses looked REALLY nice...unfortunately, there is one problem. I've only had these glasses for about 1 week and the lens is scratched. One big long scratch going down the middle of one lens. I can tell you that it did not arrive scratched, so I cannot blame the shipping/handling.The thing is, I have been wearing glasses since I was 9 years old and that was a LONG time ago, so I am VERY careful with my glasses - especially glasses that I LOVE. In all the years that I've owned glasses, I've never scratched the lens before. NEVER.I LOVE the look and even using these glasses were very easy on the eyes and look great when wearing. The scratch does not make the glasses unusable - just disappointing in this ONE respect. I'm wondering if the scratch affects the yellow coating (is there yellow coating)? I really do love these glasses and accidents happen, so I can only take responsibility for the scratch since I know it arrived in pristine condition. So my only caution with these glasses is they may be easily scratched. (I wiped them very gently with the cleaning cloth that was included and kept them in the zippered glass case it came with when I wasn't wearing it.) Sigh...I can't believe I scratched it somehow!I will definitely order from these folks again as one scratch does not make a poor product. What I can promise you is these are beautiful glasses and it really is a great value.

This is my second pair of gamma ray, I bought the readers in addition to blue light filter and it’s great. They are clear and help when I’m on computer or phone, I even bought a pair for my son without the readers. Note the lens donhave a slightly yellow tint if the asthetics bother you and the first pair I had were a bit thicker than the slim vintage. I’ve received compliments on both. They come with a nice case and cloth. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because my first pair broke about 3 months after purchase, the one arm came loose and bent out so they don’t stay on my face. I don’t know if there was a warranty but I did buy the slim to replace and like them!
