There's a hard metal bump in the middle on the phone side that made it not want to lay flat. I didn't really like this, but nonetheless I installed it on my Nokia Lumia 1020 and put it on my charger. It kept disconnecting and reconnecting. I tried different chargers, carefully lining up the coils... same thing. It's not worth returning, I think I'll give it to someone and see if they can use it on their phone.

I'm using this inside of a Kindle Paper White case. You just stick this to back of the kindle and plug the USB connector in and place the Kindle cover back on the device. It doesn't add any noticeable thickness to the Kindle and so far wireless charging has been going well with a standard Qi charger. It can be a little tough to find the right spot the first time to place the Kindle on the charger but once you get the hang of it it works well.

These all look like they are made by the same folks and performance is the same make sure you order the correct orientation for your usb port. (That does matter but can be worked around if you screw up). For now go cheap. TheyDon't cost that much I.was in for three of both types. From two different sellers. I like them.

What a waste of money. Don't be like me and skip this product. Save yourself from asking why you got yourself this. Slow charge, connector very flimsey. Not compatible with any QC pads.

Great buy

This failed to work within a few days of getting it and the company has been non-responsive to emails and requests to repair and or replace the unit. At present it will go on and off constantly while charging causing the device to chirp when it starts charging and again when it stops one second later and so on. Makes for a very annoying and LONG charging period when using this product. Very disappointing.

works... but for the tabs. the output is too weak and my kid's Samsung Galaxy tab 3. got bricked while it was charging because with wifi, bluetooth, bright screen, the tab was using more energy than the charger could deliver.

This does not work with any of my phones. The receiver does not register on the phone as charging, what a waste. It doesn't have enough power output so it's basically worthless.

Used with Galaxy 10.5 S tablet. Nice matching gold capped USB plug. Slow to charge as expected but I am not sure how feasible a greater output would be. 600mA is specified which does the job providing I charge it between uses. Very satisfactory knowing that charging rate is never lightening with this tablet even on mains.

This works exactly as described, although the input into the phone is too slow for my liking. If you only want it for overnight charging then its perfect, although, if you intend to charge quickly when you are low on battery then this isn't what you need.

Only has the power pins. Won't work with phones that need data pins shorted to identify a charger, e.g. Moto G, BQ Aquaris, etc.

I have three of these on a tablet, an xperia phone and a kindle. They charge rather slowly but the ability to merely lay the device on the pad without having to fiddle about with the tiny charger plug is well worth having. I found that a suitable way to use them is by sandwiching them between the device and a gel bumper case which I use anyway. I use them with a Choetech Stadium Charging Pad which lights up to show charging is happening and works well. Another charging pad by a different manufacturer had to be sent back (and refunded) as it just didn't work.

Installed on a Moto G 2014 and in use with various charging pads. No real issues, only thing to consider is that this will only allow charging of the device at 500mA, so it is quite slow. This is offset by the convenience of being able to place your phone down and instantly have it begin chargingCreates a tiny 2mm protrusion over the USB socket but it isn't obvious. Added no width to the back of the Moto G.

Works with GMYLE charger pad ok, even with standard 0.5amp charger. Fiddly to get right spot on pad and jiggling antenna into position under Samsung cover, hence 4 stars. Pull out for data syncing.

Works very well and reliably with dual coil chargers. Not so well with single coil chargers.

Allows me to keep my phone charged next to the bed every night.

First one didn't work and was returned for refund. This one works absolutely fine!!!

This works fineI am using with Nexus 5 2nd Gen LTE version, some comments on fit with this phone specifically- Yes, it gets warm- Yes, it does create a slight bulge- Yes, you do end with a slight gap between the case and back cover at the bottom where the micro-USB connector sitsAll of this sounds bad, and I was a bit put of by similar reviews, however in practice I don't mind and well worth the convenience of wireless chargingThe main problems I have are due to the having the micro-USB port plugged up with the charger. When I run out of charge when out and about, I have to remove cover and charging pad in order to re-charge phone with a portable USB power supply. I thus fully expect to loose this in a pub or to find it broken in a pocket by end of summer.

Worked fine for a couple of weeks, then the plug snapped off. Retuning to Amazon for a refund.
