A fast-paced program that keeps you energized with intricate choreography and driving music. Not for beginners, this is a challenging workout that requires physical and mental commitment (but also rewards you with tons of fat-burning fun). It's an eight-count whirlwind of non-stop motion — jumps, kicks, lunges, turns, shuffles and mambos. You're on the step, off the step, around the step and over the step. Fortunately, Amy's excellent cueing and well-designed patterns make it all doable (as soon as one foot touches down, the other foot is precisely positioned for the next movement). In addition, Amy includes a 21-minute tutorial that carefully demonstrates every sequence in the entire workout.

Awesome! Amy's done it again!
Challenging, interesting, complex choreography. Amy does have a much longer breakdown of moves in the beginning of the video (than she does in her previous videos) to help with learning them. My biggest problem with it personally, is that there is a lot of impact--she does love to get "air time"--but since this is NOT promoted as low impact, I really can not complain. When I was younger and had better knees, I would have TOTALLY loved it! Perhaps a "finished product" of the 5 combos at the end would have been nice, although I'm not sure I'd have enough steam left to do it. Also would like a (bonus) ab workout. As a former instructor, I think the choreography is awesome. The more challenging it is to learn, the more satisfying it is when you've got it down. --and this is a very satisfying routine.
