WIll this hang out side on concrete?

You should be able to hang it outside on concrete, we have two of them outdoors by our mailbox kiosk, our kiosk has an overhang so the units are not dithey do rectly in the rain or snow but they are subject to the weather elements.

Typical display case for announcements and calendars. Not very deep, maybe 1/2 inch deep...
