I switched from 3 stars, when my grandmother was ambulatory, to five stars now that she is bed bound.I use them as inserts.I put them inside a tabbed diaper, which I don't seal. (I use the tabbed diaper basically to ensure that this is in place and that any excrement is contained. The bed pads never get wet or soiled anymore.)The reason I started doing this process is that to change a bed bound person, you generally have to roll them first on one side, then the other.With this, I can leave the tabbed diaper in place and just roll her in one direction and pull this out and put a fresh one in.My relative has a dislocated shoulder and turning her is such a big deal that this product has saved the day.

I have tried EVERY single pad out there! This one is BY FAR the best! It lasts the entire night with a few entire urine out pour! Look NO further! Yes it is a little more than others...However its well worth the money! It comes out to Only .93 cents a pad! Not bad.. Highly Recommend them!UPDATE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! TAKES FOREVER TO GET!!

If I could get these pads again at the original price that I paid for them at this order price, I WOULD, THEY ARE THE BEST! My son to be 89-year-old mother really liked them.

These are the best, most absorbent pads on the market. Great or nighttime, hospital, or any time you need assurance of staying dry. I love these pads for these times.
