Usha janome machine is very good, lightweight, Nice design. For speed there's a foot controller, also you get a hand controller when you want to slowly stitch something. There are around 57 different functions which are very useful. The only problem is the customer support and it’s service. I had been following the usha support and service team for around 10 days to get the demo and other functionality to work and use it better but looks like they don’t care about it. Worst service from USHA.
