Made things worse
The media could not be loaded. Not only did this product not work but it made things worse than they were before I started using it. Made a mess of my front yard. The first one I bought split while I was putting it on bc it wasn’t wide enough even though the description states it should. Now the second one I purchased doesn’t unroll at all. At all. so the water just gushes right after the connection point. It is not a connection error bc it gushes at the first hole after the connection point. It was just a waste and now I have to fix the mess it made.

Easy to install
We got the downspout installed rather easily. However the holes should be under the spout. I turned it the wrong way. It needs a strong rain to open. Light rain won’t open it.

Doesn’t work as anticipated.
It has to rain very hard to get it to unroll to release the water. Once my husband unrolled it, it diverted the rainwater nicely but once the pressure lowered, it rolled up again.

Would not unroll
Product looked great. easy install. The thing is too strong in the way it rolls up. In a light rain it stayed rolled up and water started backing up in the downspout and came out of the spout joint. In a heavy rain water backed up enough to overpower the wire ties and blew it off the end. Manually unrolled it and it rewound in a spiral. Useless!

Piece of crap
It came with zip ties to assemble it. the ties were so brittle they broke off when I tightened them. I tried other zip ties and it would not stay on. I had to duct tape it together. That was a mess. The material is very thick and rolled up very tight. It does not unroll with light rain. I would suggest a better option.

Bad design
The product came rolled up backward. The drain holes were at the "start" with the small hole. Had to unwind the product and roll it up in the correct direction. After the first rainstorm, the product was a twisted mess. The structure is too rigid in this product. I've had other ones that work great. Would return but already threw away the packaging.
