Wow, I'm super impressed with the quality of this case. My pictures and video are just as vivid and clear with the case as they are without it. I expected it to arrive wrapped in plastic or bubble wrap but it came with it's own box packaging and everything, very nice! It's everything you would expect and more, mine included a very fine quality terry cloth to wipe smudges & fingerprints clean without scratching anything. It's extremely sturdy minus the rather thin metal loop that holds the latch in place, if you treat it right there is no doubt it'll last for a year or two however. Perfect button positioning for my Hero 4, the buttons feel sturdy, work good and look nice. It was pouring rain here when mine arrived so I got to test the water proof aspect (in wet weather) straight away and that aspect indeed also worked flawlessly. I don't snorkel or dive, no plans to take my camera under water but for anyone who does I'm sure so long as the gasket is free of hair & debris it will certainly keep a good seal. I have a strange feeling the people complaining about their case not holding a seal never made completely sure their rubber gasket was totally 100% free of debris before submerging their camera. All in all this is a great quality product, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in need of such a case. TIP: The case latch opens from the front side, just pull up gently on the latch. If you tug and pull from the back side you'll more than likely bend the metal ring that holds the latch thus destroying the waterproof seal. Be careful with the latch thingy until you get the hang of it! ;-)

This fits perfectly with my active lifestyle and the camera I use with it. However, it is annoying that it doesn't come with the ability to press a button to turn it on and off or switch from video to photo without having to undo the whole device. I haven't used it much because of that, but it is well made and does seal the camera away well.

I have had this cover for years and it’s is still sealing great and doesn’t let any water or dirt in. I’ve dropped it and carried it around in a backpack full of stuff and it’s has taken a beating but still holds great. I would highly recommend this product.

Bought this as a replacement to attach to another handle because my official GoPro waterproof case had the pin screw rusted in place. When I used this while snorkeling, the case closed properly just like the official one did. However after only a few minutes in the ocean, I noticed the inside of the case with the GoPro had condensation. Meaning water was able to leak inside. Dried it, made sure to securely close the case again, and went back in the water. Water STILL leaked inside the case! Overall wouldn’t recommend. You’re better off buying the official GoPro one. I had it for almost 10 years now, multiple trips, NEVER leaked!

Mine broke while in the Key's Lobstering, and needed a New one I got this one as a replacement shipped to the place I was staying and it works excellent, even reworked the latch to include metal so the plastic wouldn't break.

This case replaced another non-original case I was using which always activated the wifi on the camera when installed. I’m glad to say this case has no such issue and is doing the job perfectly.
