We purchased the EarTec UL413 UltraLITE Full Duplex Wireless Headsets (4-pack) for our church Audio Visual ministry and we LOVE them! They are still going strong 3 years later and they really help keep our Audio Visual team on the same page. We have had ZERO problems and we highly recommend them. We've even used them for small projects, such as when someone need to go into the attic or into another room to run wire and make adjustments to equipment and needs to stay in contact with the team. It's great to have hands-free communication!

We purchased these to see if they will help us minimize the number of people we have in a small space when working. We have only tested them so far, but for the price, especially, the sound quality and range are impressive and better than anticipated. They do appear to be cheaply made, which is expected because they are considerably less expensive than other industrial versions. This was a great way for us, as a nonprofit, to see if they will be practical for our needs and if they break, we will know whether it will be worth it to invest in the higher quality versions. Based on initial testing, I would recommend these as good value for money as long as you aren't expecting to get high quality craftsmanship!

Our problems communicating while streaming are gone. We tried many different radios, ear pieces, etc.. this was the only true choice that really solved our communication problems...

I use these on a snow cat that has the motor in the cab, covered and insulated but still very noisy. With the headsets the noise is cut considerably and communications is much better. Also communications can be extended to other vehicles or while and operator is outside checking clearances or equipment. I think the range in these conditions is about 200". It also helps when driving the cat on or off the trailer with a spotter. With the set of four I can also keep in touch with other crew members and tell them when I might make a quick turn or go up or down a hill so they can brace themselves.

We use these at our church for our video production team. Very impressed with the sound quality as we can audibly communicate with each other, even with our FOH (Front-of-House) sound ran extremely loud. TradePort (the dealer we bought these from) has been responsive and easily accessible. All in all, if you’re looking for quality intercoms, Eartec is the way to go and TradePort is the dealer to buy from.

For the cost of this set I was worried that it would not work well. However I am very pleased with the performance of these headsets. I’m slightly hard of hearing and was afraid the volume would be too low, but that was not the case. These even worked from the engine room of our steel boat through 3 decks to the pilot house. Very pleased.

Sounds great..comes with charger that only charges 2 batteries at a time...with 3 headsets i somehow thought maybe only 2 of them had batteries lol but once i figured that out...i just charge 2..then the 3rd afterwards..not a problem..i recommend these headsets for coaches and their staff

I was skeptical before I received these Eartec headsets but once we used them, all I can say is WOW! they work and they work well. We use them outdoors and the wind is always blowing. The Eartec UltraLITE's were crystal clear for voices while the background wind was hardly noticeable. I only wish I knew how good they were because I would of purchased a larger system.
