Great
Great sound quality and design. I was searching for a set of wired, sound canceling headphones which are surprisingly difficult to find. These fit the bill perfectly.

Super uncomfortable, low quality sound
They have different sizes plugs for your ears, they all felt terrible, microphone was poor quality.

Great noise cancellation
I absolutely love the quality and the noise cancellation feature that makes surrounding quieter for the user. However the microphone’s noise cancellation is not as I expected, the other end can hear any noise around me.

Decent headphones, terrible driver.
I'm typing this surrounded by Logitech products, but these seriously disappoint. The Good: The headphones, up to the point where they plug into the driver have pretty good sound. The 4 levels of earfiting spacing between the back of the ear on the ear canal allows for a great fit. They have a standard 4-pole headphone plug, that plugs into the and the USB-C driver/adapter which has the volume/mute/skip controls. The Bad: If you just plug them into your phone with the driver/adapter they came with they sound really terrible with very low volume and they crackle when you change volume levels. The Fix: If you plug the headphone plug into the Pixel USB-C-to-headphone adapter they sound pretty decent, and with the good earfiting I like them. I'm keeping them as spares to use with the Pixel adapter. I can only recommend them to people who have a hard time getting an good ear-fit and have spare USB-C-to-headphone adapters.

Not really noise canceling at all..
Not worth the price. There is no active noise canceling on these at all. And I don’t understand why the mic is so far away, far down the wire, from your head. My guess is this will only make it more likely that people will hear everything going on around me and not my voice. I feel like I got a bit ripped off. These would be okay for a third of the price.

They work
These work great with teams. The issue is trying to get them to stay in and I can’t turn my volume down.

Completely unusable
These are easily the worst earbuds I have ever owned, which includes probably no less than 50 sets over 20+ years, the majority of them in the under $20 price range. Audio quality is terrible both for the user and for those listening to the user, with USB and 3.5mm connection offering the same quality. They have a somewhat premium feel, so I wanted to give them a chance, but they are just bizarrely bad, and when I spontaneously used other (much cheaper) earbuds on some of my calls others have instantly noted the difference it made. The difference on my end was also jarringly obvious. After over a month of waiting to find a way for these earbuds to become usable, I'm sadly giving up -- these are my first earbuds ever to gain the designation _completely unusable_ (and they are the 5th most expensive, again, from probably over 50 pairs).
